Design & Construct

Over 80% of Citi Build Construction projects are delivered through a design and construct delivery model – from concept to completion. This delivery model ensures there is total collaboration across teams to focus and achieve the client’s project vision, and minimising their risk through the development of the project design regarding cost efficiencies, programme, and innovation.

Early Contractor Involvement

Citi Build Constructions is actively engaged with our clients across the ECI phase of projects to identify buildability and value engineering opportunities that may be available for the project. This key process provides our clients with cost certainty and assists them in meeting their needs and objectives as owner, occupier and operator of their asset.

Design Management

At Citi Build Constructions, our teams understand the importance of proactive and dedicated design management as a key aspect of the successful delivery of our projects. Our highly experienced design teams listen and understand our clients objectives and are focused on sharing information and expertise, identifying opportunities for innovation and value add.

Construction Management

Citi Build Constructions works closely with our clients and the consultant teams, to ensure the evolution of the design is managed in accordance with the budget and our teams deliver spaces that connect the projects with the needs of the end user.
